Natalie Poole is the President and Meeting/Event Planning Engineer of Exceptional Occasions, LLC. She is tenacious, dynamic, highly detailed oriented and imaginative. Natalie understands attention to detail and cost effectiveness is paramount! She believes in providing outstanding customer service and giving the client peace of mind.
Her background includes over twenty years of general logistics and event planning experience. Natalie is a service-connected disabled veteran who served with honor in the United States Marine Corps. During her career, she received five Navy Achievement Medals on job performance over and above. The position that ignited her desire to pursue general logistics and event planning was a three year assignment as logistics chief for a unit in California. In that role, she managed four employees and supervised the movement of over 300 personnel for training to several undisclosed locations throughout California and Hawaii.
Natalie continued building her knowledge and expertise in diverse business sectors, e.g. faith-based, historic, independent living, mediation/counseling, travel logistics and industrial/retail sales.
She holds a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management with emphasis on event planning from the University of Houston (UH), Conrad Hilton College.
She is lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Oklahoma Women Veterans member, and University of Houston Alumni member.
